RedHead Blackout Broadhead
N recent merchandise testing the editors in Outdoor Life have seen a gain in good"store brand" goods; this is, products which take a merchant's moniker. In reality, the Blackout made our Editor's Choice Award in remarkable fashion.
The Blackout has been the most picky broadhead we analyzed, and also the German-made blades are so sticky-sharp it is hard to manage them without worrying about getting cut off. We are convinced it's this sharpness that contributed to the best penetration mark--a whopping 10 ⅝ inches.

Ramcat Pro Series Broadhead

The slim, elongated trocar/chisel-style trick direct the mind throughout the goal. The Razor attained the 2nd greatest penetration in the area in 9 9/16 inches. With a mean grain weight of 97.7, the Razors were discounted to missing the goal 100-grain weight. As was anticipated, the Razors cut through the sheet rock, demonstrating no damage.
